You don't find much option to hang around in Jamshedpur. So the best option remain is Jubilee park. Like the name suggest its really a spectacular place. First time when I visited Jamshedpur, I asked my car(rental) driver to take me any good site nearby & He straight way came to here. The view from the Water fountain is awesome. Its a popular place for people who loves to walk, jog, Spend time with family & friends in holidays/weekends. The best time to visit this place is when the Founders day celebrated in 3rd March every year. The place get a makeover during this time especially in the evening when the park get decorated with 100 types of lights.
One thing I hate is couples ( unmarried) using the place showing their affection in Public. finally Dont 
    miss the Nico Park..most of rides are enjoyable her ..especially the water slider
